Lake Nacimiento
This 16-mile long lake
is open 24 hours a day, year round and all night fishing is
permitted. There are many twists and turns in this lake with
numerous coves and boat-to beaches.
Fishing from either a boat or
shore can be good for bass especially white bass, as well as Bluegill, Crappie,
and Catfish.
Water skiing and jet skiing
are also very popular, with bass, pontoon, ski, and paddle boats available
for rental from the marina.
There are 350 developed sites
and 40 R.V. sites on the lake, some with full hook-ups. A restaurant,
groceries, supplies, fuel, bait and tackle are located at the resort near the
lake.
